Late fees of $5 per month will be charged after April 1, 2021.
Fees will continue to accrue monthly until the annul sum & fees are paid in full.
Failure to pay the annual invoiced fees and any accrued late fees will be collected through legal action.
If an Association member intends to set up a payment plan, a written request must be sent by the Association Member to the ALLOA Board of Directors and a written approval from the ALLOA Board of Directors must be complete prior to April 1, 2021. Payment plans will include a $35 administration fee. The entire amount must be paid by September 1, 2021. Each payment in the plan must be at least 1/6th of the amount owed.
Failure to pay the amount in full by September 1, 2021 will initiate collection through legal action.
