Annual dues shall be paid by the due date. Failure to do so will result in the property owner being subject to late fees beginning May 1st.

Private use of Pavilion can be reserved in advance by leaving a message @ 570-244-2412. A Board member will contact you with date confirmation.
For groups larger than 25 people there is a fee of $25 per event payable to ALLOA and a copy of a rider to your homeowners insurance that indemnifies the association free of any liability for the day of the event must be provided to the board in advance.
The resident that schedules the event is responsible for clean up.
Trash must be bagged and fit in cans provided.
SHORT TERM RENTAL REGULATIONS
ALLOA follows Pocono Township regulations. Alpine Lake is a Residential Single Family Community.
*Pocono Township prohibits Short Term or Transient Dwelling use of Single Family Dwellings in All Residential Zones.
Violations of this ordinance may result in court action.

Come join your community neighbors and lend a hand to help clean up and spruce up the community Pavilion, beach and playground areas. Share your skills to help keep our community beautiful.
Refreshments will be provided.

Annual ALLOA Board Meeting & Community Picnic
The Annual Meeting gives you the opportunity to get updated on community progress.
It also gives you the chance to share your suggestions and volunteer.
Following the Meeting stay and meet your neighbors while enjoying the outdoors at the Pavilion by the Lake for a Community Picnic sponsored by the Associations Board.

The Les Endo Memorial Clam Bake and Karaoke Night
Join in on the fun with your neighbors at the Lake Pavilion for a clam bake sponsored by the community board followed by an evening of sharing your talents with Karaoke.

Yard Sales are permitted at individual homes on private property within the community but not on community/ association property. the individual conducting the yard sale is responsible for following all township rules.
Election Ballot Entry Deadline
Any member of the association that would like their name pre-printed on the board of directors election ballot should put in this request with the board by December 31st.
